Inspect Element displays the page delivered to your browser. It is not access to Moodle’s database. If an answer has not been sent to your browser, changing the visible page cannot reveal it.

Moodle’s quiz review settings let teachers decide when students can see feedback and correct answers. What appears after an attempt can therefore differ from what appears during it.

Changing the page does not change your grade

Use the feedback available through the quiz’s review page. Compare it with your course notes, identify the topic behind each mistake, and ask your instructor about feedback that is unavailable or unclear.

Be cautious with downloaded scripts promising hidden answers or guaranteed marks. The existence of a script does not demonstrate that an answer is present in the page.
