Welcome to Moodle Cheater. By accessing our platform, Chrome extension, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Our services are billed on a subscription or per-day basis ("Passes"). All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to store your payment method and charge you for the agreed amounts. We do not offer refunds once a pass is actively used to generate AI responses.
You agree to use your account personally. We enforce a strict Hardware ID (HWID) lock to prevent account sharing. While we allow reasonable unbinding of hardware for users switching PCs, system abuse to bypass restrictions will result in permanent account termination without refund.
Moodle Cheater is fundamentally designed for ethical research and study efficiency. Users agree that using our Software in strictly prohibited academic environments (e.g. graded midterms where remote software is forbidden) is entirely at their own risk. We are not liable for any disciplinary action imposed by institutions.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
